2. Return Eligibility
- Damaged Goods: We accept returns only if the painting arrives with significant damage. Please report damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Final Sale: All other purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged upon delivery.
- Note that byr is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
3. Reporting Damage
- Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the painting immediately for any damage.
- Notification: If the painting is damaged, contact our customer support team at contact@byramya.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof of Damage: Provide clear photos of the damaged painting and the packaging it arrived in. This helps us assess the damage and process your return.
4. Return Process
- Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with return authorization and instructions.
- Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be instructed on how to return the damaged painting. Use the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds/Replacement: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refund Processing
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process the refund. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any order not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error. Any order that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
