Paintings: All paintings are original and unique. Please note that colors and details may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions.

3. Orders

Placing an Order: When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation with an order ID and a summary of your purchase.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 4 business days. Please ensure that all details are correct before placing an order, as changes may not be possible once the order is processed.

4. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India): Shipping Time: Orders within India typically take 5–12 days for delivery after processing.
Shipping Costs: Free Shipping is provided within India only.
International Shipping (Outside India): We are currently not shipping internationally.
Note: byr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Final Sale: All sales are final. We take utmost care with each order and do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives with significant damage or a defect.
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
Refunds: Refunds will only be processed for damaged products that are returned. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take longer than 10 days for the refund to be received by you.

6. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, the payment service gateway on our site, and we do not store any payment information on our servers.

7. Pricing

Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupee and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs and taxes (where applicable) will be added at checkout.
Currency Conversion: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupee, and you are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or credit card provider.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, delivery delays or lost packages.

We do not guarantee the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Purchasers of byr’s artwork are granted ownership of the original painting, but do not have the right to:
